table to compression table

Hello Professionals,
                             My manager assigned me a task, where i need to flow the data from a normal table X to another new compressed table Y(X=Y but y is compressed of x). The reason he asked me to do is X has so many rows. And he told me to use datapump using a package and that has to run on the server and that job has to be kicked off with sql agent job.

Appreciate fast reply as it is high priority task for me.

Can anyone please help in this regards.
