Remove single character from the data

Hello friends,

I have a column name ManagementDirector... Under these the data is like this... Thsi data comes from couple of  flat files actually..

AnnTaylor

A

Peterscott

NarneMendis

c

d

....

As you can see above some times the data is coming with single alphabets... That kind of data is bad... How can i get rid of such kind of data in ssis... using derived column..
