How would a SQL Server Agent Job cause an SSIS package to run differently

I have an SSIS package that is scheduled to run every 5 minutes during working hours. For some odd reason when SQL Server kicks off the package we're getting different results than when you run the job manually or when you execute the package from within BIDS. What would cause this. Below is the data I've collected on the issue.
