Using SSIS to run a SP export and format Excel Sheet an then email file to end user.

Hello All,

Let me start by saying I am new to SSIS.  I have only looked at it a few times and tried some simple things.  I was able to run a simple stored procedure (SP) with no variable or temp tale.  Pretty much a simple select statement.  Then I figured I would try it using a more complicated SP that I have with variables and temp tables.  That does not seem to work.  I was getting error messages about my temp table not existing.  So there is my one issue.

What I would like to be able to do is have a form, could be a windows form or even a webpage.  The user would sign in (Using AD would be even better) They would enter in the information required for the SP click on "Run" and present them with a Formatted Excel Spreadsheet.  If I had to I could create the Excel Spreadsheet and use that as a template.  If I had to.

Can I do this in SSIS?

TIA,
Rodger
