Excel to OLEDB transform failure error of truncation

Hi,

Source: Excel (one column:almost length:8000+)

Destination:OLEDB that mapping field had nvarchar(max)

in Data flow, it failed by truncation,

I knew It accept 255 from excel

But How can import data ?
