Change Data Capture using Acess as source database and SQL SERVER as destination "possible or not"

i am trying to acheive some thing in sql server 2008 but not sure weather how to do this.

i HAVE

source: Access 2007


Destination: SQL Server 2008

is there a possibility to do this withoute using any tool apart from the ones with SQL SERVER 2008.
