SSIS Package Excel loading Error ............

Hi ,

i am getting this error when i am loading excel data to sql server with a specific optionOPENROWSET Sheet1$D4:R80

[Excel Source [2]] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER.  The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Excel Connection Manager 3" failed with error code 0xC0202009.  There may be error messages posted before this with more information on why the AcquireConnection method call failed.
