SSDT 2012 and Visual Studio 2012 - The type initializer for 'Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.Design.SharedIcons' threw an exception

Hello!

I am going in circles and have spent hours on this. I have loaded SQL SERVER 2012 w/sp1 on Windows Server 2012. Then I loaded VS 2012. Then I loaded SQL Data Tools 2012.

I get this exception when I try to open an existing or create a new SSIS Project (from SQL Server Data Tools for VS 2012 June 2013). " The type initializer for 'Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.Design.SharedIcons' threw an exception"

I installed the hotfixes as mentioned here:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2832017/en-us

That did not change anything.

Please help as I need to get this working.
