How can we handle merged columns in Excel using SSIS

Hi,

Here is the clear issue,

The excel is having some merged columns. I want to load them into a table. We have columns G, H, I merged into one column but here column G is having candidate name, H is having his data and I is NULL. My requirement is, Candidate name and his corresponding data should be in single column. Below is the screenshot for reference. I am loading this data into Sql table using SSIS.
