Script Task for Automatic Email

Greetings
 
I use Script Tasks in SSIS to send emails for contacts to take a survey or to remind them about an event.
I have a request to send program reminders when the program is two weeks off. I need to get today's date,the program date,and then if it's two weeks from today then send the e-mail.
Any suggestions how to do that?
