how to cast InputBuffer into a DataTable in a ScriptComponent

hello,

i would like to find out if there is a way of creating a DataTable object and assign the values of a Row from an InputBuffer when processing data within a Script Component.

i understand that i can manually create and define a datatable - but is there someway of doing it in a more OO way?
