Importing .csv file that gets updated daily.

I have a .csv file that will need to be imported daily.  The thing is, I only want to import the data that is new to that day.  I have a flat file source and an OLEDB Destination which will use a SQL Server Database.  The data looks like this

Nova01 Alchemy nsu\user1 6/23/2014 11:05
Nova01 Alchemy nsu\user2 6/23/2014 11:15
Nova01 Alchemy nsu\user2 6/24/2014 9:03
Nova02 Word    nsu\user4 6/24/2014 16:45
Nova03 SAP      nsu\user4 6/25/2014 13:14

I'm not sure what components I need to use to bring in the new data only.
