Problem importing xlsx using SQL Server Import Wizard

When I import Excel 2010 file using SQL Server Import Wizard, I get this error:

"The Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine..."

I'm using Windows Server 2003 R2 platform.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
