Choosing Required Data in SSIS similar to filed function in datastage

Hi

My requirement is to choose data in a field after - for example 

I have field (Name) containing Values

Name

dalla-s

new-yor-k

mar-yland

apple-i5-is-cool

Now from the above I need to choose the values after -

i.e as below

in datasatge it achieved using filed function 

i.e when you say filed(Name,"-",2) you get the below values

Name

s

yor

yland

i5

How can i achieve this is SSIS ?
