Scheduling a SSIS package via SQL agent Job

I created a SSIS package and scheduled it to run via a SQL Agent successfully in one environment.

I am re-creating the same in another environment, the SSIS package runs successfully but the SQL agent step errors with a failure i.e.

Message

Executed as user: XX\XXXXXSQLAgent1. The step did not generate any output.  The return value was unknown.  The process exit code was -532459699.  The step failed.

environment -  BIDS on SQL Server 2008 R2.
